Torrington Gun Club, with a history dating back to 1916, evolved from the Torrington Rifle Club to its current form. Initially focused on small caliber rifle shooting, it now includes pistol shooting, emphasizing precision and action shooting. The club, incorporated in 1957, moved to its own facility in 1962. It has undergone several renovations, including improvements in 2000-2001. Members include a diverse group from various professions, all sharing a passion for shooting.
No drawing from a holster on the range, targets must be between 21' and 50', lead ammo allowed, members can keep their brass.
